Genuine and Accessory Parts Warranty

All Genuine and Accessory Infiniti parts sold on our site come with the Infiniti Factory warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever is surpassed first is when this warranty expires) from the date of purchase.

This Factory warranty ONLY covers manufacturer’s defect and does NOT cover improper installation, failure of said part due to a corresponding part failing, part damaged during shipping, improper application, and other scenarios.

Parts that are deemed defective from the manufacturer are eligible for exchange only.

Should you believe a part to be defective, as these are Genuine Infiniti parts, any local dealership is able to honor the warranty. If a dealership refuses to do so (as some do), contact us through the Message Center and we will respond with the additional information needed.

If we are able to determine your part may be eligible to be replaced under the Factory Warranty, you, the customer, are responsible for the cost of shipping the part to us and for the cost of the part being shipped back to you. This is the same policy a local dealer would have as you, the customer, incurs the cost of taking the part to and from there, too. If determined eligible, we will give you instructions for shipping the part to us. Upon receipt, we have two Infiniti Factory-Certified Master Technicians that will inspect the part. We will inform you of their finding. Should the part, indeed, be defective, you will receive a new part. If it is deemed functioning properly or failed due to any reason other than manufacturer’s defect, you will receive your original part back.

Nismo/Motorsports Parts Warranty

New Vehicle Limited Warranty excludes damage resulting from racing or competition. NISMO Racing and Off-Road parts are sold “AS IS” without warranties, express or implied (including all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), unless expressly prohibited from doing so by applicable law, in which case the warranty provided is the minimum required by law.

Damage or failures caused by use of this part are also excluded from warranty coverage. See warranty booklet for details. Obey all traffic laws, always drive safely and wear your seatbelt. Designed and intended for official road track application only. See your Owner’s Manual for proper vehicle operation.

The installation of a Nissan Motorsports Competition part on a vehicle intended for use on public streets or highways may violate laws and regulations relating to motor vehicle safety standards or emission regulations.

AMS Performance Parts Warranty 

A vehicle modified by the use of performance parts and tuning may not meet the legal requirements for use on public roads.  Use or installation of performance parts and tuning may adversely affect the drivability and reliability of your vehicle, and may also affect or eliminate your insurance coverage, factory warranty and new OEM part warranty.  Performance parts are sold as is without any warranty of any type.  There is no warranty stated or implied due to the stress placed on your vehicle by performance parts and our inability to monitor its use, tuning or modification.
